The position of the hotel was marvellous, very close to Trianon-Masp subway station. It was a classic building, the rooms were reasonably large and well-designed on the upper floors. I had a REALLY REALLY NICE time here and would love to stay here again.

Great and best possible location, minute walk from Haddock Lobo Street. Reasonably large rooms with garden view, food great. Private parking onsite provided.

Its magnificent, central location was a plus. And there was The Burger Market with short-orders steps away from the venue, super convenient.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

The hotel was in the central setting close to financial centre. It was also adjacent to Sao Paulo for business, and the Trianon Park and Avenida Paulista where all the shopping areas and banks are located. I was offered a room with exceptional views on the park. The breakfast was large and delicious, included great options.

Well-equipped rooms with coffee facilities as well as large windows, wonderful location.

the rooms with netflix, an extra bed and amazing views. with wake-up service available and amazingly kind and exceptionally nice staff in particular the manager. marvellous location in a real estate event, family atmosphere. also - next to near museums, and tivoli mofarrej sao paulo.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at the Tivoli, located in a great spot just a block away from Paulista Ave. The hotel's modern design made us feel right at home. The service was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the bar upstairs and the inviting and bright lobby. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the restaurants had great settings and views. we highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and excellent service.

Hotel was excellent, staff was amazing, especially Fillipe who helped me out loads. A mistake was made to my booking and I was upgraded. This hotel is a true 5 star experience... and it charges 5 star rates... however, I thought the 5 star rates were competitive with other 5 star hotels. Everything really was to the expected standard so I give it full marks.

I was traveling all around Brazil and by the time I got to Tivoli I had some laundry to do. It cost me 430 reais to do a white and dark load... wooops!!! I should have checked that they were charging 10 reais to wash a little pair of underwear... (may as well just buy new stuff for that price). Bit exorbitant to say the least!

Location

It feels like you're in a two star hotel, but you are actually paying for a five star. They do not provide free water in the rooms. The rooms are outdated and there is chipped wood on the doors.

Amazing food experience at the rooftop restaurant, Seen. The omelette for breakfast was the best I've ever had. Perfect room with excellent amenities. The attentive and helpful staff made our stay delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The fact the hotel Only posts photos of its best (and most expensive) rooms, instead of showing what the regular rooms look like. It "feels" like false advertising. The fact that internet is at an extra cost (28 usd/ day!..) The fact that gym is at an extra cost... (On a hotel of this category....) The normal breakfast area is in a basement Price/quality ratio is arguable. But then again, all 5-star São Paulo hotels are quite expensive.

They charge hotel guest for using the gym - unbelievable. The swimming pool was dirty Not enough of the stafff spoke english Prices for food and alcohol were very high.

The place was clean with an incredible staff in particular the manager. We really enjoyed delicious breakfast. The room was elegant, it was new-fashioned and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.
